Mission

We give every agency, chain, and brand a single brain to operate their digital presence — regardless of how many networks they use, how many brands they run, or how many countries they cover.

We don't believe in tools that charge you for every new feature. We believe in platforms that scale with you from 3 brands to 300, with the same transparent pricing, the same support, and the same UX quality.

The AI we put in your team respects two things: your brand voice and your autonomy. We suggest, but we don't decide for you. We detect crises, but we don't act without your approval. We optimize your ads, but we never move money without your OK.

Vision

In 2030, managing the multi-channel digital presence of a brand should be as natural as sending an email. No parallel spreadsheets, no ten logins per team, no abusive enterprise contracts, no 'connect your developer to see the KPIs'.

We get to that vision by building every feature as a brick in a larger system, not as an isolated unit sold standalone. Every part of Blacknel exists because the others exist.

By 2030, we want that when someone starts a marketing agency, a franchise, or a DTC brand, the question 'which tool do we use' has an obvious answer.

Why we exist

After watching an agency team lose 30 hours a week pasting content between Hootsuite, Sprout, and Birdeye, we decided it was absurd.

Blacknel is the tool we wanted for ourselves — and the one we believe any serious team deserves to have without justifying TCO to a procurement committee.

Product over hype

We don't announce what we don't ship. Every feature in our changelog is in production for real customers. No abusive 'coming soon' in our own copy.

Customer pain > Feature wishlist

We build features when 3+ customers ask for the same thing or when we see a usage pattern indicating a gap. We don't build because 'it would look good in a demo'.

Migration > Lock-in

If you want to leave Blacknel, you export all your data as CSV/JSON without contacting support. If you choose us, we want it to be because we serve you, not because it's costly to leave.

Pricing transparent > Hidden fees

What you see on /pricing is what you pay. No 'contact sales for pricing' on public plans, no surprise upcharges, no SLA buried in a contractual oddity.

AI respects boundaries

Our AI has three rules: don't invent facts, don't act with money without approval, don't write anything that contradicts your brand voice doc. If we break any of these, it's a critical bug.

Engineer and operator with experience building SEO, paid media, and analytics teams for multi-location brands across LATAM and the United States. Before founding Blacknel, he led digital marketing at firms with a presence in 10+ locations.

He lived the problem Blacknel solves: 30 hours a week lost pasting content between Hootsuite, Sprout, and Google Sheets. Based in Mexico City with his two dogs.
