Social impact

The 1·1·1·1 commitment: 1% of revenue, 1% of equity, 1% of product, and 1% of team time — all dedicated to social initiatives across LATAM and the US.

We exist to amplify brands, but our deeper mission is to amplify communities. We've adopted the Pledge 1% model extended to 1·1·1·1 — a commitment embedded in financial reporting and product.

Every quarter we publish how much was donated, to whom, in which currency, and with what outcome. This isn't marketing CSR — it's audited by the same team that audits the financials.

Principles

Structural, not charitable

1·1·1·1 is committed in the company bylaws. It doesn't depend on the CEO's will or a good fiscal year.

LATAM focus

70% of the allocation goes to initiatives operating in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Argentina.

Quarterly report

Published the first month of each quarter. Audited by external finance.

1% of annual revenue donated to verified partners: Techo, Endeavor LATAM, Ashoka Mexico, Pro Bono Network.

Paid volunteer day

Each team member gets 1 paid day per quarter to volunteer for a cause of their choice.

Equity pledge

1% of the initial cap-table reserved for Pledge 1% International. On exit, materializes as an impact endowment.
